I have the right to refuse to build for anyone at any time for any reason. Sites by Sitewryte.com will only deal with family friendly issues. No adult sites. We cannot guarantee a website made by us can or will create an increase in business for you. We do not guarantee success in finding a job through a resume site made by us.
If payment for hosting is not maintained we are not liable for loss of your site. If registration fees for your domain name are not maintained we are not liable for its loss.
We do not spam and if you are spammed through the e-mail address or any other contact info you instructed be included on your site we wish to make clear that we do not spam and will not be held responsible. Be aware of copyrights and the use of images. Images you supply for use on your site should either be yours to use, purchased, created by you or written permission given by owner.

NOTE: Sitewryte has a zero tolerance policy for spam, pornography, and warez. I have the right to refuse to create or upload any information, images or edits that I deem to be non-family friendly or unsafe.
I reserve the right to drop you as a client if I feel the client relationship to be "toxic". If I intend to drop you as a client I would try to contact you and then attempt to direct you to another builder before deleting your account. Non-payment on an already constructed site can result in your site being "turned off" until payment is made.

1. Sitewryte / aka Homecraftedsite sometimes provides hosting set-ups for clients as well as domain name registration services, but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of these second party services. Sitewryte makes no guarantees as to server reliability, speed, or consistency, and cannot be held liable for such. Sitewryte cannot be held liable for loss of a domain name which is registered through the client's account.
2. Sitewryte / Homecraftedsite cannot be held responsible for the content of pages hosted under our service. if you run your own edits for your site hosted through me, all content must follow the family friendly guidelines and content pre-approved. I reserve the right to remove any page from the server which I determine is in violation of the rules and guidelines.

a. Sitewryte webdesign service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
b. Sitewryte makes no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on your web pages and is not responsible for any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information; any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained on the site; or any resulting losses or damages arising therein.
c. Sitewryte may link to or include your url upon sitewryte.com

3. I reserve the right to modify, delete or change my Terms of Use at any time to clarify particular situations as they arise.
