A: Yes, If you have some ideas of what you would like to have done contact me by email - let me know what you want and give me a list of possible domain names...You may also contact me by phone to discuss your website needs. Q: How do I get text to you and how do I direct the look and progress of my new website as you create it? A: You may provide all text, images and direction to me by e-mail. Q: How can I see the progress, sample or test pages of my site as you build it? A: You will be emailed progress reports and page views or will be directed to online test pages where you can view your site. To view most current changes/edits please be sure to "refresh" your browser. Q: I don't want to be bothered with securing a domain name, signing up for hosting or any of that stuff. Would you do it all for me? A: Yes, this can be done. If I build and maintain your site the hosting with is free for the first year and 7 dollars a month thereafter. If I register your domain name for you the yearly renewal cost would be around 12.00 per year. Be aware that the name you want may already be taken so it would be good to have a list of alternate choices. I would check back with you first before registering your name to be sure it is one you want. Q: How do I pay and do you take payments? A: Paypal, 50% down recommended... Or by check, US funds. More information on rates: HERE  Q: How long before search engines will list my site. A: It usually takes from 2 weeks up to around 2 months. Q: I don't have a digital camera. How can I send you a picture I want be used on my site? A: You can either scan a photo or artwork and send it to me by email or you could have me come and take photos for you. There may be an extra charge for me to do the photography for you. Contact page click here... Q: I want a logo, but don't have one. Can you create one for me? A: yes, for a fee. The cost depending upon whether the image is text only or if it includes artwork, photography, or a design that I need to either create or purchase for you. Q: How long does it take to make a website and have it published to the web? A: This depends - if it is a simple site of 1 to 3 pages or a more complex multipage or photo intensiive site. Anywhere from 3 days to several months. Also factors such as communication and getting information needed in a timely manner relate to how long it takes. Most websites that I have made have been up and running within 2 weeks. Q: Where can I find good hosting for my website? A: Hosting: - Link Disk is very good Most free hosting comes with annoying second party banner ads and popups and is not recommended, but for a small monthly fee you'll get a professional look and services. I use Link Disk for most of my clients' sites. Q: I don't want to maintain updates and do any of my own edits. Can I hire you to make changes as needed? A: Yes. Just contact me, let me know what you need. Small minor, infrequent edits are free. Anything else will cost and the cost will vary as to compexity and time used to accomplish your requested changes.
